Shipping Policy

Daukshya Exim Pvt Ltd handles international shipments in accordance with the terms confirmed on each Proforma Invoice or sales contract.

Modes of Shipment

Sea Freight (full container 20ft 18–20 MT / 40ft 26–28 MT, and part loads from 5 MT) and Air Freight through nominated freight forwarders, depending on volume, destination and buyer preference.

Incoterms

We supply on FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, DAP and DDP terms as agreed on the contract. The applicable Incoterm defines transfer of risk, cost and responsibility.

Documentation

Standard export documentation includes commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / airway bill, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and FSSAI certification as applicable.

Lead Times

Lead times depend on product, packaging and volume, and are confirmed on the Proforma Invoice. Force majeure events, port congestion or carrier delays may impact delivery.

Insurance

Where CIF or CIP terms apply, marine cargo insurance is arranged as per the contract. Under FOB, insurance is the buyer's responsibility from FOB point onwards.
